The same first thirty days, built for the site: seven short videos you can watch in the truck, quick checks between them, and one test at the end. Almost nothing to read. Everything to run.
Watch it in the truck. Run it on the site.
Seven videos, a few minutes each, on the first thirty days of running a crew: the frozen-crew moment, the mate who expects a pass, the man who wanted your job, the tool-belt trap, the look-ahead, and the wall between the crew and the office.
Between the videos: quick checks. Real situations, three options, one foreman move. At the end, the Foreman Test — five situations across the whole month, and the certificate on the other side of it.
Almost nothing to read in here. That's on purpose.
